1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing CleanSheet.digital ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, you may not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

CleanSheet is an AI-powered document extraction tool that:

  • Analyzes images of receipts, invoices, and financial documents
  • Extracts structured data (dates, amounts, categories) using AI
  • Exports data in CSV and Excel formats compatible with Xero and QuickBooks

AI Accuracy Disclaimer

While our AI achieves 99%+ accuracy, you must review all extracted data before use. CleanSheet is not liable for errors in automated extraction.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Abuse the API or upload limits
  • Remain inactive for over 12 months

4. Pricing & Billing

4.1 Plans

  • Free: 5 document credits
  • Starter: $4.99 one-time (50 credits)
  • Pro: $12.99/month or $129.99/year (2,500 document credits/month)

4.2 Payments

All payments are processed securely by LemonSqueezy. We accept:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • PayPal

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases. Credits expire after 12 months of inactivity.

4.4 Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime. No refunds for partial months, but you keep credits until expiration.

5. Acceptable Use

Prohibited Uses

  • • Uploading illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content
  • • Reverse engineering or scraping our AI models
  • • Sharing accounts or reselling credits
  • • Automated abuse (bots, scrapers)

5.1 Usage Limits

Subscription plans operate on a strict credit basis (2,500 credits/month for Pro). Unused credits do not roll over. We reserve the right to pause accounts that attempt to bypass these limits.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to your uploaded documents. By using our Service, you grant us a license to process and store them solely for providing the Service.

Our Content: CleanSheet's software, design, and branding are protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them.

7. Data Security & Privacy

We implement industry-standard security measures. However, no system is 100% secure. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • CleanSheet is provided "AS IS" without warranties
  • We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or financial errors
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify CleanSheet from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Major changes will be announced 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be resolved in Antalya courts.
